THE OGLEBY CLIENT LEGACY PROGRAM

An invitation-only client appreciation system for relationships that matter.

The Problem

For individuals and organizations operating at a high level, relationships are among their most valuable assets.

Yet client appreciation is often handled in ways that unintentionally diminish its impact. Generic gifts are quickly forgotten. Promotional gestures, however well- intended, can quietly erode trust.

High-value relationships require discernment — not repetition, urgency, or branding. Without intention and intelligence, appreciation becomes a task rather than a signal of respect.

Our Philosophy

At Ogleby, we believe client appreciation is not about giving more — it is about giving with intelligence.

True relationship intelligence considers timing, tone, and intention. It understands that trust is built quietly, and that appreciation should feel natural rather than

transactional.

The Ogleby Client Legacy Program was created for those who recognize that relationships are not maintained through reminders or repetition, but through thoughtful stewardship over time.

What the Program Is

The Ogleby Client Legacy Program is a private, 12-month relationship appreciation system designed for individuals and organizations with a small number of high- value relationships.

Rather than relying on one-time gestures or seasonal gifting, the program replaces reactive decisions with a thoughtfully curated approach that unfolds across the year.

Each engagement begins with a confidential strategy conversation to understand the relationships that matter most, the moments that carry significance, and the level of discretion each relationship requires.

From there, appreciation is managed quietly and intentionally — allowing clients to remain fully present in their work, knowing their relationships are being honored correctly.

Heirloom-Level Presentation

At this level, presentation is not packaging — it is part of the message.

Ogleby gifts are designed as complete experiences, where materials, personalization, and proportion work together to create a sense of care that feels both intentional and enduring.

Each piece is presented in a way that invites pause rather than consumption, often becoming something that is kept rather than discarded.

This level of presentation ensures that appreciation is not only received but remembered — and quietly associated with the person who gave it.

Our Philosophy

The Ogleby Client Legacy Program is designed for

individuals and organizations who place a high value on trust, discretion, and long-term relationships.

It is most often chosen by founders and CEOs, family

offices, and professional advisors who maintain a small number of high-value relationships and understand the importance of honoring them thoughtfully.

This program is not designed for mass gifting,

promotional campaigns, or price- driven decisions. It is intended for those who recognize that meaningful

appreciation requires intelligence, restraint, and care.

Enrollment

Enrollment in the Ogleby Client Legacy Program is intentionally limited.

Participation is offered by invitation or referral, and begins with a private consultation to determine alignment.

If, after that conversation, there is mutual fit, enrollment is confirmed and the annual strategy process begins.

This structure ensures that each client receives the level of care, discretion, and continuity the program is designed to provide.

Next Step (Private)

If questions arise after reviewing this overview, we’re happy to address them in a private conversation.

The Client Legacy Program is not appropriate for every situation, and clarity is best reached through dialogue rather than

documentation.
